Jyoti Bikas Bank distributing 7% bonus share certificate from today

Jyoti Bikas Bank Limited (JBBL) is distributing 7% bonus share certificates to its shareholders from Shrawan 13 (today).
Jyoti Bikas Bank’s 7th AGM held on Chaitra 29, 2071 endorsed 7% stock dividend to its shareholders from the net profit it earned in last fiscal year.
The bonus share certificate would be distributed from 10:00 AM to 2:30 PM Sunday through Thursday and 10:00 AM to 12:30 PM on Friday from its RTS Ace Capital Limited, Lal colony Marg, Lal Durbar, Kathmandu.
The company has published the list stating the distribution date as per the shareholders numbers.
