Jeevan Bikas Laghubitta Honors Top Performers of Fiscal Year 2079-80

Jeevan Bikas Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (JBLB) recently recognized its standout employees and branches for their exceptional performance during the fiscal year 2079-80.

Awards were given to the best district heads Maiya Rai, Shiva Charan Das, and Manoj Kumar Mandal, along with top branch heads Rita Ghimire, Anil Kumar Sah, and Yadunandan Kumar Shah.

Additionally, field staff Kalpana Kumari Chaudhari, Jesan Kumar Das, Chandan Kumar Singh, office assistant Sabita Kumari Godhi, technical staff Kundan Kumar Singh, and receptionist Geeta Khatri were honored for their excellent work.

The Amahi, Rapti, and Biratnagar branches were also recognized as the best branches of the year. These awards were presented by key figures including Yogendra Mandal, founder president and MP, and Bikram Raj Subedi, president of Jeevan Bikas, during a ceremony where the importance of microfinance in rural economic development and environmental protection was highlighted. The institution reiterated its commitment to societal development and overcoming challenges faced by the microfinance sector.
