Jeevan Bikas Laghubitta announces its Special General meeting: capital to be increased soon

Jeevan Bikas Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (JBLBSL) has announced its Special General Meeting (SGM) on Shrawan 10, 2076. The SGM is going to be held on the premise of head office of JBLBSL, Kathahari-2 Morang.

Following are the main agendas to be discussed:

• To issue the 1:1.5 right share to increase the share capital. i.e. every share holder to be provided 1.5 right share
• To increase the authorized capital to Rs 1 arba from Rs 50 crore
• To increase the issue capital to Rs 50 crore from Rs 20 crore
• To increase the paid up capital to Rs 50 crore from Rs 14 crore
• To change the promoter/ordinary capital structure to 67.5:32.5 from 70:30
• To pass the proposal of merger and acquisition following the directives of Nepal Rastra Bank
