Janata Capital becomes first merchant bank to conduct AGM for the previous FY; endorses 8% cash dividend

Janata Capital, a subsidiary of Janata Bank, has convened its first AGM on Bhadra 26, 2076 under the leadership of its Chairman Mr. Sujit Kumar Shakya.
The AGM has decided to provide 8% cash dividend to the shareholders and has endorsed all the financial decisions and reports of the merchant bank, as per the media statement.
The merchant bank provides services like issue manager, share underwriter, share registrar, investment management and corporate consultation among others.
