Janata Bank to give away 3.68% cash dividend

KATHMANDU, SEP 7: 

A board meeting of Janata Bank has decided to give away a cash dividend of 3.68 percent from net profit earned in the last fiscal year. The returns will be formally handed over to shareholders once the board´s decision is approved by the upcoming annual general meeting. The 27th commercial bank of the country generated a net profit of Rs 57.3 million in the last fiscal year ended July 15. The bank collected deposits of Rs 7.72 billion and extended Rs 7.46 billion in loans till the end of last fiscal year.
