Janata Bank shares profit of its Janata Bank Retirement Fund with its depositors; distributes 1% dividend apart from annual 8.5% interest and several other attractive schemes

Janata Bank has decided to provide 1% dividend to the deposit member of Janata Retirement Fund from the profit the fund made in the FY 2075-76. The board meeting of the fund held on Kartik 21, 2076 has endorsed all the financial reports of the previous FY.

The retirement fund of the bank has been providing 8.5% interest to the depositors. It also offers upto 90% credit facility of the total deposit amount, provides maternity expenses allowance of Rs 10 thousand and Rs 10 thousand for final ritual related expenses for its members, as per the media statement.
