Janata Bank now in Lamki Chuha of Sudurpaschim Province with 129th branch; also conducts free eye camp benefiting more than 1000 locals

Janata Bank Nepal has brought into operation its latest branch at Lamki Chuha Nagarpalika-4 Baliya on Baisakh 4, 2075. The latest facility was inaugurated by Minister for Finance and planning in Sudurpashim Province Mr. Jhappad Bohora.

The event was also attended by CEO of the bank Mr. Parshuram Kunwor Chettri, Deputy head of Nagarpalika Ms. Tika Thapa, chair of Lamkichuha FNCCI Mr. Padam Chaulagai, heads of local wards Mr. Lal Bahadur Bogati, Mr. Purna Bista, chief of Lamkahi Campus Mr. Saroj Sah, among others.

The bank, under its CSR activity, also conducted free eye camp during the same event with a technical assistance from Dhangadi Netrajyoti Eye Hospital where more than 1000 locals received free eye checkups, medicine and glasses, as per the media statement.

The bank currently has 129 branches, 96 ATM terminals, 50 branchless banking units, 3 extension counters and 1 limited banking unit and provides services to 6 lakh customers in all 7 provinces.
