Janata Bank makes contribution for community and school feeding program; provides financial support of Rs 2 lakh to feed 2000 plus needy children and senior citizens

Janata Bank, under its CSR initiative, has provided financial support of Rs 2 lakh to continue the Janabhojan program of Prem Sagar Foundation Nepal. The support amount was handed over to Vice chair of the foundation Mr. Prem Raj Dhungel.

The foundation currently provides morning meal to more than 500 kids and 100 senior citizens in Dhading whereas provide mid-day meal to more than 1500 school students in Makwanpur for which it needs Rs 50,000 in a daily basis, as per the media statement.

The bank aims to make contribution at least for four days in the noble social initiative of the foundation, as per the media statement.
