Janaki Finance proposes 22% bonus from the profit of 2075/76' Paid-up capital post adjustment to cross of Rs 60 crore

Janaki Finance Company Limited (JFL) has proposed 22% bonus share for its shareholders from the profit of 2075/76.

The 285th Board Meeting of the company held on Bhadra 20, 2076 has decided to propose 22% bonus shares to its shareholders along with ash dividend of 1.16% for tax purposes. The proposal is subject to approval from Nepal Rastra Bank (NRB) and the company Annual General Meeting.

JFL's paid-up capital as of Q4 of FY 2075/76 stands at Rs 49.21 crore and after the adjustment of bonus, it will reach Rs 60.03 crore.
