Jagdamba Motors Introduces Game-Changing Lifetime Battery Program for TVS iQube

Jagdamba Motors and TVS Motor Company have introduced the "Lifetime Battery Assurance" for the TVS iQube electric scooter in Nepal, an industry-first initiative aimed at reducing concerns around battery life, warranty, and cost, which have been barriers to the widespread adoption of electric scooters.

This program guarantees a battery life of up to 70% SOH (state of health) as long as customers remain subscribed. The TVS iQube is available in two variants and can be purchased under this program starting from Rs 2,99,900.

This initiative has already contributed to significant environmental benefits in Nepal, with TVS iQube vehicles saving over 10,275 liters of fuel and preventing around 23,762 kgs of CO2 emissions. Globally, TVS iQube users have covered approximately 1.9 billion km, saving 47 million liters of fuel and reducing CO2 emissions by almost 69,590 tonnes.

The Executive Director of Jagdamba Motors highlighted the potential for this program to significantly boost electric vehicle adoption in Nepal, noting the substantial cost savings over traditional petrol scooters and the positive impact on the country's economy and environment.

The TVS iQube offers features such as a peak power of 4.6 kW, a top speed of 78 km/h, and a range of 100 km on a single charge, enhancing the riding experience with modern technological features and providing substantial storage capacity.
