Issue of "10% Sunrise Debenture 2080" opens from Chaitra 20; Debt worth Rs 1 arba to be raised

Sunrise Bank Limited (SRBL) is issuing “10% Sunrise Debenture 2080” from Chaitra 20, 2075. The issue will be open till 25th Chaitra (earliest) and if the issue isn't fully subscribed, it will remain open till Baisakh 19, 2076.

Sunrise Bank is issuing 10 Lakh units of debenture at par of Rs 1000 to raise debt worth Rs.1 Arba. The bank will be issuing 4 Lakh units (40%) to the general public while remaining 6 Lakh units (60%) will be privately placed. Out of the 40 lakh units seperated for General Public, 5% (20,000) is reserved for Mutual Funds.The annual yield on these debentures are 10%. The maturity period of these debentures is 5 years.

Prabhu Capital Limited has been appointed as the issue manager for the debenture issue.

Interested investors can apply for a minimum of 25 units and maximum of 4 lakh units through all CASBA Member banks and Mero Share.
