IPO Proposal of Hotel Sabrina Limited Added to SEBON's Pipeline

The IPO proposal of Hotel Sabrina Limited (SABRINA) is added to SEBON's pipeline.

Hotel Sabrina has submitted a proposal to issue 4,704,000 shares at par value of Rs. 100 per share. This IPO issue will generate Rs. 47.04 crore for the company. Nic Asia Capital has been appointed the issue manager for this issue. The proposal was submitted on Mangsir 16, 2082 at SEBON.

It is only after the approval from the regulatory board SEBON, the company can float the shares to the general public.

Hotel Sabrina was named the best hotel in Nepal in 2021 by the Hotel Critics and Bloggers Association and Hotel.com. It is  Located in Ganesh Chowk, Budhanilkanth-06, Kathmandu. It is managed by the "Regenta Place" brand of Royal Orchid Hotel, which operates over 100 hotels in more than 48 locations. Hotel Sabrina is the first hotel in Nepal under this brand.
