IPO of Sayapatri Hydropower in SEBON pipeline; 3 lakh unit to be issued to the general public

3,00,000 unit shares of Sayapatri Hydropower Limited has been added in the Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON’s) IPO pipeline for approval.

The hydropower company is issuing 3 lakh unit shares at Rs 100 per share for the general public.

NIBL Ace Capital has been appointed as the issue manager for the IPO issuance.

The hydropower company is currently undertaking the construction of Daramkhola ‘A’hydropower project. The hydropower project is capable of generating 2500 kilowatt of electricity. Daram Khola Hydropower Project in Hila and Argal VDC of Baglung district.
