IPO of Nyadi Hydropower Limited Concludes With 2,282,027 Applicants

Nyadi Hydropower Limited has successfully concluded the IPO issue of 2,250,000 units of ordinary shares worth Rs. 22.5 crores today. The public issue had opened from Ashwin-15, 2078. Since the issue was already oversubscribed on the first day itself, it closed at the early closing date, i.e. today.

The company issued a total of 2,250,000 units of shares i.e., 15% of the total issued capital from Ashwin-15, 2078. From the total of 2,250,000 units, 112,500 units i.e., 5% were for mutual funds. 2% of the total units i.e., 45,000 units were for the employees of the company and the remaining 2,092,500 units were for the general public.

Global IME Capital Limited was appointed as the issue manager for the IPO issuance. According to the issue manager; 2,282,027 applicants have applied for a total of 27,615,920 units. This is the data reported after the issue closed today. Thus, the issue is oversubscribed over 13.20 times.
