Nepal Agro Microfinance has appointed SBI Merchant Banking as the issue manager to issue Initial Public Offering (IPO).
The microfinance is all set to issue 1.44 lakh unit shares worth Rs 1.44 crore.
Head of Merchant Banking of SBI Merchant, Mr Ramesh Ghimire and CEO of Nepal Agro Microfinance, Mr Tejendra Sharma lamsal had signed on the agreement.
After the issuance of 1.44 lakh unit shares, the microfinance’s paid-up capital will reach Rs 4.80 crore. The capital structure will stand at 70% for the promoters and 30% for the general shareholders.
