IPO of Manushi Laghubitta Oversubscribed Over 48.21 Times on Second Day Itself

Manushi Laghubitta Sanstha Limited has issued 3,93,750 units of ordinary shares worth Rs. 3.93 crores to the general public from yesterday,  i.e. Shrawan 27, 2078. Since the issue was oversubscribed on the first day itself, the IPO issue will close on Shrawan 31, 2078.

Out of offered 393,750 units; 0.5% of the total capital i.e., 5,469 units have been allocated for the employees of the company, and 5% for mutual funds. The remaining 368,593 units are for the general public. Applications can be placed for a minimum of 10 units and a maximum of 1,000 units.

Nepal SBI Merchant Banking Limited has been appointed as the issue manager for the IPO issuance. According to the issue manager, 13,47,808 applicants have applied for a total of 1,77,70,030 units. Thus, the issue is already oversubscribed over 48.21 times on the second day itself.  

After the IPO issue, public holding will be 36% and promoters holding will be 64%.
