Mahila Laghubitta has appointed Nepal SBI Merchant Banking as the issue manager for the issuance of 4 lakh unit shares worth Rs 4 crore to the general public.
The agreement was signed between Ms. Roshani Bharati, CEO of the merchant bank, and CEO of the microfinance Mr. Krishna Neupane amid a program.
