IPO in Pipeline: Mahila Laghubitta to issue 4 lakh unit shares to the general public

The IPO of Mahila Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited is in SEBON's pipeline. The microfinance company has submitted an application on Mangsir 03 to issue 4 lakh unit IPO shares to the general public.
Mahila Laghubitta has appointed Nepal SBI Merchant Banking as the issue manager for the issuance of 4 lakh unit shares.
Meanwhile, the company has posted a net profit of Rs 1.98 crores during the 1st quarter of the fiscal year 2077/78.
