IPO Allotment Today: Samaj Laghubitta and Liberty Energy

Samaj Laghubitta and Liberty Energy's IPO allotment is happening today.

Liberty Energy Company's allotment is expected to commence at 12 pm. As per the issue manager NIBL Ace Capital Limited, the issue had received approx 1,85,975 applications applying for a total of 71,68,110 units of shares. Meanwhile, the company had only issued 35,64,930 units, including the 13,14,930 units unsubscribed by locals.

Liberty's IPO allotment will be streamed live on NIBL Ace Capital's Facebook page.

Samaj Laghubitta had only issued 86,000 units of shares. It received 5,64,138 applications applying for a total of 1,19,89,080 units of shares worth Rs 1.19 Arba till 5.00 PM on its last day. This issue is oversubscribed by more than 148.56 times, and only the lucky few will be allotted 10 units. 

The allotment is expected to happen at around 2 PM today. It will be streamed via Siddhartha Capital's Facebook page.

Samaj Laghubitta's IPO was scheduled to be allotted on Saturday. But it was rescheduled for today since Reliance Life Insurance's IPO was allotted on Friday and the system could freeze because of overlapping traffic.
