IPO Allotment This Friday: Nyadi Hydropower Limited

Nyadi Hydropower Limited is conducting the allotment program for its IPO issue this Friday, Kartik 05.

The company recently concluded the IPO issue of 2,250,000 units of ordinary shares worth Rs. 22.5 crores. The public issue had opened from Ashwin-15, 2078. Since the issue was already oversubscribed on the first day itself, it closed at the early closing date.

The company issued a total of 2,250,000 units of shares i.e., 15% of the total issued capital from Ashwin-15, 2078. From the total of 2,250,000 units, 112,500 units i.e., 5% were for mutual funds. 2% of the total units i.e., 45,000 units were for the employees of the company and the remaining 2,092,500 units were for the general public.

Global IME Capital Limited was appointed as the issue manager for the IPO issuance. According to the issue manager; 2,282,027 applicants applied for a total of 27,615,920 units. This is the data reported after the issue closed on the last day. Thus, the issue was oversubscribed over 13.20 times. Note that the final data might have changed slightly after verification.
