IPO allotment of NIC Asia Laghubitta concludes; all valid applicants get 10 units and lucky 46,579 applicants get 10 units extra

The IPO of NIC Asia Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited is allotted today i.e. Ashad 20, 2077 at the premises of Sanima Capital Limited, Kathmandu. The company had closed the issue of 47,55,000 units ordinary shares worth Rs 44.43 crore to the general public on Ashad 14, 2077.

Out of the offered 47,55,000 units; 0.5% of issue capital i.e. 74,000 units have been set aside for the employees of the company and 5% of the total offered shares to the general public i.e. 2,37,750 units have been set aside for the mutual funds. The remaining 44,43,200 units are for the general public.

As per the issue manager, a total of 3,99,131 applicants were received for 21,612,860 units of shares till the closing day. Out of 3,99,131 applicants, 3,97,741 valid applicants were received. 

All the valid applicants received 10 units and lucky 46,579 applicants get 10 units extra.

The issue was oversubscribed by 4.88 times. The number of invalid applicants stood at 1,390.
