International Development Bank’s 5th AGM on Chaitra 18; BoD proposes 10% bonus shares

5th Annual General Meeting of International Development Bank Limited (INDBL) will be held on Chaitra 18, 2071 from 11 am at Baithak Event Venue, Tripureshwar, Kathmandu.
The decision to hold the AGM was taken by the BoD meeting on Falgun 20. During the meeting, the BoD had also agreed to propose issuing 10 percent bonus shares to increase the paid up capital of the bank and amend the bank’s letter of association (prabandha patra) for the purpose.
Other agenda’s of the meeting include endorsing memorandum of understanding (MoU) related to possible merger and acquisition, and entering possible joint venture with local as well international banks, appoint auditor for diligence audit of the bank’s assets and fix his/her remuneration, among others.
