Ajod Insurance has signed an agreement with Global IME Capital and Kumari Capital to serve as share underwriter.
NIBL Ace Capital Limited is the issue manager of this IPO issue.
The agreement was signed on Magh 12, 2076 between CEO of Ajod Insurance Mr. Kumar Bahadur Khatri, CEO of Global IME Capital Mr. Paras Mani Dhakal and CEO of Kumari Capital Mr. Rajesh Shrestha.
