Innovative Development Special AGM on Baisakh 5, Yeti Development AGM on 13

Innovative Development Bank is holding its Special Annual General Meeting on Baisakh 5. The Special AGM will be held at the Redson Resort, Bhairahawa, Rupandehi. The special AGM is set to approve 3:2 right shares for its shareholders.  

The others agendas at the meeting will be to increase the paid up capital, to amend the article of association and the current paid up remains at Rs 15 crore.

Innovative Development Bank Limited had posted net profit of Rs.19.21 million in its 2nd quarter of the fiscal year 2071/72.

Yeti Development Bank Limited is holding its 13th AGM on 10th Baishak, 2072. The AGM will be held at United Events, World Trade Center, Tripureswor.

The AGM is expected to authorize the bank’s BoD to go ahead with mergers and acquisitions with other BFIs, and sign MoUs and appoint auditor for due diligence audit for merger and acquisition.

The others agendas at the meeting will be the financial highlights of 2070/71, the appointment of auditor.
