Innovative Development SGM tomorrow; set to approve 3:2 right shares

Innovative Development Bank is holding its Special General Meeting on Baisakh 5. The Special AGM will be held at the Redson Resort, Bhairahawa, Rupandehi. The special AGM is set to approve 3:2 right shares for its shareholders.
The others agendas at the meeting will be to increase the paid up capital that remains at Rs 15 crore at present.
Innovative Development Bank Limited had posted net profit of Rs 19.21 million in the 2nd quarter of the fiscal year 2071/72.
