Infinity Microfinance to convene its 2nd AGM on Mangsir 28; Issuance of IPO worth Rs 6.74 crore falls under main agenda

Infinity Microfinance Laghubitta Bittya Sanstha will be convening its 2^nd AGM on Mangsir 28, 2075. The meeting will be convened in the premises of Sahamati Sanstha, Bijaya Chowk, Nawalpur at 2:00 PM.

The main agendas of the meeting include:

1. To provide authority to the BoD to make changes in the MoA and regulations of the company
2. To convert the shareholding ratio to 67.50% with promoters and 32.50 with ordinary shareholders
3. To issue IPO worth Rs 6.74 crore for the general public and employees
4. To add remittance and payment services in the service list of the company
5. To provide authority to take decisions regarding merger and acquisition with/to other companies

Other agendas of the meeting include endorsement of audited financial report for the FY 2074/75, appointment of statutory auditor for the FY 2075/76 and election of independent director.
