Infinity Laghubitta's Training Initiative: AML/CFT and Quality Growth in Focus

Infinity Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (ILBS) has conducted AML/CFT & Quality Growth Training for all the employees of the branch offices located in Bara, Parsa and Rautahat in Madhesh Province. Under the chairmanship of Mr. Gyaneshwor Panta, Deputy Chief Executive Officer, Infinity Laghubitta successfully conducted AML/CFT & Quality Growth Training. Mr. Panta, as the program chair, provided comprehensive training on money laundering prevention in accordance with the Money Laundering Prevention Act, 2064 and Quality Growth. Recognizing the pivotal role of field employees in microfinance institutions, Mr. Panta emphasized that such training sessions contribute to enhancing the overall quality of the microfinance sector.

Mr. Nayan Devkota, Head of the Financial Institution's Recovery and Monitoring Department, led discussions on risk management measures and effective recovery strategies for program attendees. Meanwhile, Mr. Prabhat Neupane, the head of the Human Resources Department, facilitated sessions covering insurance facilities, employee services, and matters related to the Human Resources Department.
