Infinity Laghubitta Elevates Microfinance Quality with Comprehensive Employee Training

Infinity Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (ILBS) conducted training for all employees across its 95 branch offices in 43 districts spanning State No. 1 to State No. 7. The training, chaired by Mr. Gyaneshor Panta, Deputy CEO of the institution, focused on topics related to the prevention of money laundering as per the Prevention Act, 2064.

The program aimed to enhance the quality of the microfinance sector by providing essential training to field employees. Mr. Nayan Devkota, Head of the Debt Recovery and Monitoring and Supervision Department, emphasized risk management measures, effective loan strategies, and boosting employee morale in the competitive market.

The Human Resources Department, led by Mr. Prabhat Neupane, facilitated discussions on the institution's services and HR-related matters. The training sessions were held on different dates in various districts, including Simara, Bardibas, Itahari, Pokhara, Butwal, Attariya, and Kohalpur.
