Infinity Laghubitta convenes its SGM; endorses to acquire Nepal Agro Laghubitta in swap ratio of 100:98

Infinity Laghubitta has convened its SGM under the leadership of its chairman Mr. Khemraj Nepal on Asad 21, 2078.

The SGM has endorsed the board’s decision to acquire Nepal Agro Laghubitta and has fixed the share swap ratio at 100:98 shares between these organizations.

After the completion of the acquisition process, the revamped organization as per the recent financials will have 86 branches, more than 72 thousand customers, loans of Rs 4.21 arba, deposits of Rs 1.21 arba, paid-up capital of Rs 31.78 crore, and operating profit of Rs 18.38 crore, as per the media statement.
