Infinity Laghubitta convenes its 4th AGM; endorses proposal of 15% dividend to its shareholders

Infinity Laghubitta has convened its 4^th AGM for the FY 2076-77 under the leadership of its chairman Mr. Khemraj Nepal on Magh 24, 2077.

The AGM has endorsed the proposal to provide 14.25% bonus shares and 0.75% cash dividend for taxation purposes, as per the media statement.

The AGM also provided the go-ahead to the board and microfinance institution to undertake any merger and acquisition agreement with other suitable institutions, as per the media statement.
