Infinity Laghubitta Conducts Capacity-Building Training for 120 Field Assistants

Infinity Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited has conducted a capacity-building training program for 120 field assistants from its 102 branches, aimed at enhancing their professional skills and preparing them for future leadership roles.

Held at Park Safari Resort in Sauraha, the program focused on knowledge, leadership, decision-making, communication, problem-solving and professional development under the theme “Empowered Today, Leading Tomorrow.”

Senior officials from various departments provided specialized training on credit, risk management, monitoring, finance, internal audit, human resources and IT.

The institution said the program was the first phase of a broader employee development initiative, with similar training planned for remaining field assistants in subsequent phases.
