Infinity Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Holds Its 9th Annual General Meeting on Poush 30

Infinity Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited successfully held its 9th Annual General Meeting on Wednesday, Poush 30, 2082, at Vijay Chowk, Gaindakot, Nawalparasi under the chairmanship of Mr. Bishnu Kumar Ghimire.

The meeting was conducted by Company Secretary and Chief Executive Officer Mr. Gyanishwar Panta, who welcomed the directors, guests, and shareholders present. The AGM approved the annual report up to fiscal year 2081/82, the auditor’s report, proposals related to merger and acquisition, and the appointment of the auditor for fiscal year 2082/83.

Election Officer Mr. Krishna Prasad Khanal announced the election of Mr. Bishnu Kumar Ghimire, Mr. Ram Krishna Dangol, Mr. Ramesh Karmacharya, and Mr. Shashi Timilsina to the Board of Directors for the upcoming term.
