Infinity Laghubitta begins joint transaction after successful acquisition of Nepal Agro Laghubitta

Infinity Laghubitta has successfully accomplished the acquisition process of Nepal Agro Laghubitta and has begun a joint transaction on Bhadra 4, 2078.

The joint transaction was kickstarted by the chairman of then Nepal Agro Laghubitta Mr. Ramesh Kumar Karmacharya, BoD of Infinity Laghubitta Mr. Balram Bista, CEO of the microfinance Mr. Prabin Kumar Lama among others, as per the media statement.

After the acquisition, Infinity Laghubitta now has a paid-up capital of Rs 32.46 crore, has 85 branches in 39 districts, 342 employees, 74K plus customers, a deposit figure of Rs 1.15 arba, credit disbursement of Rs 4.14 arba, thereby creating a business synergy, as per the media statement.
