Infinity Laghubitta, after the successful acquisition of Nepal Agro Laghubitta, has appointed Mr. Ramesh Kumar Karmacharya as the new BoD from the 70th board meet of the company held on Bhadra 26, 2078.
The newly nominated BoD Mr. Karmacharya has received his oath from the chairman of the microfinance Mr. Khem Raj Nepal amid a program, as per the media statement.
