Industry Department Confirms Exclusive Ownership of "ECOPANEL" Trademark

The Industry Department has recognized International Green Developers Nepal Pvt. Ltd. as the sole owner of the "ECOPANEL" trademark, ending a long-standing dispute with Eco Panel Nepal Pvt. Ltd. Interim orders issued in 2079/04/11 and 2080/07/20 had prohibited the opponent from using the trademark.

The final decision on 2082/03/30 confirmed the company’s exclusive rights. Authorities, including the Bhaktapur District Administration and Cyber Bureau, were notified on 2082/06/31 to enforce the order. All parties are publicly warned against unauthorized use, reproduction, promotion, or sale of the trademark, with legal action promised for violations.
