inDrive Launches Passenger 360 Campaign in Nepal, Promotes Fare Negotiation
inDrive has launched its Passenger 360 campaign in Nepal, highlighting fare negotiation and faster ride access under the message “Agree on the Fare. Fair for Both.”
The campaign focuses on allowing passengers and drivers to agree on a fare before a trip begins. Passengers can accept the suggested fare or offer their own, while drivers can accept the offer or propose a different price.

Passengers can choose a driver based on the agreed fare, estimated arrival time, rating and vehicle. The system also allows drivers to decide which requests to accept and negotiate fares that suit them.
inDrive APAC Regional Director Mark Tolley said the campaign aims to give passengers greater control over travel costs while allowing drivers to have a say in their earnings.
The campaign features inDrive brand ambassador and actress Swastima Khadka, who highlighted fare transparency as a way to avoid misunderstandings between passengers and drivers. The campaign video also features a Nepali soundtrack inspired by local culture.
