inDrive Introduces 0.01% Service Fee Initiative to Boost Driver Earnings in Nepal

inDrive has launched a time-bound initiative in Nepal starting February 2026, introducing a near-zero service fee of 0.01% for driver partners. The move allows drivers to retain almost all of their ride earnings, supporting higher income, financial relief, and greater autonomy while maintaining fair pricing for passengers.

The campaign also aims to study the impact of minimal platform fees on driver engagement and service quality. Operating in 48 countries, inDrive says the initiative reflects its commitment to fair competition, responsible growth, and strengthening Nepal’s digital gig economy.
