Indreni Mushroom Farm appoints Muktinath Capital as issue manager to float its ordinary shares in IPO; more agro-based companies going public now

Indreni Mushroom Farm has appointed Muktinath Capital as the issue manager for the issuance of its shares to the general public.

The agreement was signed between Mr. Dharmendra Maharjan, chairman of the company, and CEO of the merchant banker Mr.    Kabindra Dhoj Joshi, amid a program.

The company has been working to increase the production of mushrooms in Nepal with the use of modern technology while the IPO will support the company in its upcoming ventures, as per the media statement.
