Inauguration of International Financial Learning Hub: Pioneering Financial Excellence

A new training institute named 'International Financial Learning Hub Pvt. Ltd.' was established by experienced bankers, with Mr. Manish Kumar Singh as the Chairman, and Mr. Thamman Bahadur Khatri and Mr. Amit Bahadur Chand as Directors.

The institute aims to be a preferred partner in the financial sector, providing superior training solutions to enhance the knowledge and skills of employees. The company was inaugurated on February 15, 2024, with the first training program, 'Paradigm Shift in Branch Management,' held at Hotel Aloft. Mr. Ajay Shrestha, former CEO of Bank of Kathmandu Ltd, conducted the inauguration.

The training focused on the latest approach in Branch Management, emphasizing a shift towards profit maximization rather than an operational approach, and included various transfer pricing models. Mr. Ajay Shrestha and other skilled resource persons conducted the program, covering areas such as Treasury Management and Operations Management.
