Global IME Capital's main office at Naxal will remain open this Saturday, i.e. Shrawan 09, from 10 to 3.

The merchant bank will allow customers to submit an application for the locals IPO issue of Madhya Bhotekoshi Jalavidyut Company, rights issue of Hydroelectricity Investment and Development Company Limited (HIDCL), Demat account opening and renewal, and all Meroshare - related processes.

Madhya Bhotekoshi has resumed its IPO process from Shrawan 5, 2078 for the project affected locals of Sindhupalchowk district which was earlier halted on Baisakh 25, 2078.

According to the issue manager Global IME Capital, 7,586 applicants have applied for a total of 16,47,761 units. This is the data as of Shrawan 07.

Meanwhile, Hydroelectricity Investment and Development Company Limited (HIDCL) has opened the issue of 1:1 ratio right shares to its shareholders from Shrawan 05. 11,00,00,000 units right shares are issued and the offering will conclude on 25th Shrawan, 2078.
