IME Life Insurance to convene 2nd AGM on Mangsir 18, 2076

IME Life Insurance Company will be convening its second Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Mangsir 18, 2076 (December 04, 2019) at Chandragiri Hills Limited, Thankot, Kathmandu from 11 AM onwards.
The 75th Board Meeting held on Kartik 25, 2076 has decided on following agendas to be discussed in the AGM:
- Approval of the Annual Report for 2074/75 to be presented by the Chairman on behalf of the BOD.
- Approval of audited financial statements for the year 2074/75.
- Appointment of auditor for the year 2075/76 and determination of remuneration.
