IME Life Insurance Company (IMELICL) Calls its 5th AGM on Ashwin 26 With These Agendas

IME Life Insurance Company Limited (IMELICL) has called its 5th AGM on 26th Ashwin, 2079. The meeting will be held in Lainchaur Banquet, Lainchaur, Kathmandu starting at 11 am that day.

These are the agendas:

1)To present report of FY 2077/78 on behalf of the board of directors.
2) Endorse the auditor's report with PNL statements, financial reports, and cash flow reports of FY 2077/78 according to NFRS system.
3) Endorse the appointment of the auditor for the fiscal year 2078/79.
4)To increase the paid-up capital to Rs. 5 Arba as instructed by Beema Samiti. For this purpose, 100% right shares are to be issued to existing shareholders.
5) To add the purpose of establishing various subsidiary companies as per the need in the company's Article of Association.
6) To allot shares to the general public.
7) Misc.
