IME Life Insurance appoints Global IME Capital as its share registrar; recently concludes IPO process of its 96 lakh unit ordinary shares
IME Life Insurance has appointed Global IME Capital to function as its share registrar.
The agreement for the same was signed on Asad 31, 2080 between CEO of the life insurance company Mr. Kabi Phuyal and CEO of the Merchant bank Mr. Paras Mani Dhakal, as per the statement.
The new life insurance company has Rs 500 crore as authorized capital and Rs 400 crore as issued capital with 140 branches and sub-branches across the nation.
