IME General Insurance Proposes 6.84% Dividend; Decision Subject to Approval from Beema Samiti

IME General Insurance Limited (IGI) has proposed a 6.84% dividend for the fiscal year 2078/79.
The company's 127th meeting of the board held on 5th Mangsir 2079, has proposed 6.84% dividend from the paid-up capital. The paid-up capital of the company is Rs. 1.70 Arba. 6.50% bonus shares worth Rs. 11.06 crores and 0.34% cash dividend (including tax) worth Rs 58.21 lakhs have been proposed.
This decision is subject to approval from the Beema Samiti after which it will be endorsed in the AGM of the company.
