IGI Prudential Inaugurates Modern “IGI Complex” to Strengthen Services and Digital Growth

IGI Prudential Insurance Limited has officially inaugurated its new head office, the “IGI Complex,” in Panipokhari, Kathmandu, marking a major step toward institutional strengthening, service expansion, and the development of technology-friendly infrastructure. The 12-storey building, constructed on over 60,000 square feet with two basement parking levels, is designed to support modern operations and enhance customer-focused insurance services.

The inauguration was jointly conducted by Chairman Hem Raj Dhakal, Executive Director Sushil Dev Subedi of the Nepal Insurance Authority, and founding shareholder Chandra Prasad Dhakal, along with other board officials and industry representatives.

Company leadership stated that the new facility symbolizes IGI Prudential’s long-term vision, commitment to sustainable development, transparency, innovation, and improved customer experience. The building features modern design, advanced digital service systems, and a service-friendly environment aimed at delivering faster, more efficient, and reliable insurance solutions.
