Idi Hydropower Successfully Holds Annual General Meeting

Idi Hydropower Company Limited successfully conducted its Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Ashwin 30, 2082, attended by directors, shareholders, and invited guests. The company, operational since Baishakh 2082, has been producing and distributing electricity.

Key decisions at the AGM included approval of audited financial statements for FY 2081/82, appointment and remuneration of auditors for FY 2082/83, introduction of strategic partners among founder shareholders, amendments to the company’s memorandum and bylaws, and election of a new board of directors. The meeting also included IPO-related agenda.

The newly elected board comprises Yuresman Kayastha, Ananda Chaudhary, Krishna Prasad Khatakho, Tirtha Raj Puri, and Deepika Pradhan. The chairman also highlighted plans to invest in additional projects in the future.
