ICRA Nepal Limited has withdrawn the issuer rating of [ICRANP-IR] D (Issuer Not Cooperating) assigned to Three Star Hydropower Limited.
The rating had indicated non-cooperation from the issuer in providing necessary information for evaluation. ICRA clarified that such ratings represent its opinion on the entity’s overall creditworthiness and are not linked to any specific debt instrument.
