ICRA Nepal to convene 7th AGM on Ashwin 10, 2076; to endorse 33.68% cash dividend

The BOD meeting of ICRA Nepal Limited (ICRA) has decided that the 7th AGM of the company will be held on Ashwin 10, 2076 (September 27, 2019) at Hotel Annapurna, Durbarmarg from 2:30 PM onwards.
The agenda of the AGM is to endorse audited financial highlights for FY 75/76 and appoint statutory auditor for FY 76/77.
The AGM will also endorse distribution of 33.68421% cash dividend out of the profits of FY 75/76 for the shareholders of the company.
