ICRA Nepal Limited has reaffirmed the issuer rating of Swastik Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited at [ICRANP-IR] B@, keeping it on “Watch with Negative Implications.”
This rating indicates a high risk of default in meeting financial obligations on time and reflects the institution’s overall creditworthiness rather than any specific debt instrument. ICRA also clarified that plus (+) or minus (–) signs within rating categories denote relative standing, with B+ being one notch higher and B– one notch lower than the base B rating.
