ICRA Nepal Calls AGM on Poush 22; Company to Endorse 72.17% dividend

ICRA Nepal Limited (ICRA) has called its 10th AGM on 22nd Poush, 2079. The meeting will be held in Aloft Kathmandu Thamel, Kathmandu, starting at 2 pm that day.
Among other agendas, the AGM will endorse the 72.17316% dividend for the fiscal year 2078/79. The meeting of the board of directors held on Mangsir 19 has decided to distribute a 52.17136% cash dividend worth Rs. 3.13 crores and 20% bonus shares worth Rs. 1.20 Crores.
Furthermore, there is also an agenda to endorse the auditor's report with PL statements, financial reports, and cash flow reports and appoint an auditor for the fiscal year 2079/80.
